The Bam Bam Project

Review of "Unfinished business" of The Bam Bam Project

What an amazing musical offering!

Great music track after track!

The talent of the musicians is undeniable from blues to reggae this cd has it all...

The first track "Televangelist" has humor and a beat to match...

The music of the CD is thight as can be, with a blend of great lyrics and powerful arrangements.

They have a soulful rendition of "Dock of the bay"

"Voodoo Love" is gonna have you dancin

Their rendition of "Harvest Moon", at the risk
of offending Neil Young fans, better than the
original.

"Best Love"An emotionaly charge song with a deceivingly simple melody with reggae undertones that hides soul grabbing and tugs at your heart string and pulls you in with each passing note.

"Only the blues"A great orchestration is the main stay of this tune. The voice makes you want to lipsync along. A song such as this comes only once in a decade or so and must be listened to get a full apreciation.

"Love you all over" A flawless delivery is the hallmark of this beautiful piece. With a soulful brass bridge to mark the point. The harmonics between voices and instruments seems to be entertwine with a love of the craft that is rare indeed.

In all 14 tracks of pure musical pleasure.

I can't order you to get it but i'm seriously tempted(wink)

So i give this cd a well deserved
5 microphones out of 5!!!

And a big thank you to The Bam Bam Project
and Could Loom records for a this music treasure

A tribute to their friend, Drummer Thomas "Bam Bam" Parisi
Who recently passed away. The proceeds will go toward the
scholarship of his daughter and for research.
